The arbitral award can be enforced according to the law and there should not be any difficulty arising out of the award and it’s pros and cons were explained in a beneficial manner for the students.
At the end of the session the resource person concluded that ,Digital inclusion is the need of the hour and socio-cultural change can only help India to cut down its ever increasing backlog of cases. People who are skeptical about the online environment must be trained to gain trust in online arbitration.
