The guest started the lecture by defining what Human rights and steps to migrate a labourer. She continued with code of wages 2019, in which she explained about the duty of the contractor, displacement and journey allowance. Then she continued with the responsibility for payment of wages and what is RTHTR(Recruits,Transports,Harbourors, Transferers, Receives). She explained about the section 370 of IPC and basic fundamental rights to the labourers.
