In fact, for many viral infections (eg.Dengue), there are no specific treatments. Most people will get only mild symptoms and Spontaneously recover from covid -19 because of the action of their immune system. We can avoid by getting affected only keeping physical distance of more than 6 feet away from an infected person in the first step of preventing the virus. Wash your hand properly as frequently with soap or alcohol based hand sanitizer. Lockdown will slowdown the speed of the disease transmission in the country, It buys time from the disease but it does not eradicate disease.
