He enlightened the session on topic ADR to ODR - A Paradigm shift in Dispute resolution regime of India.He started with the 2 relevant questions which we need to address.He laid out the emphasis on what isADR and Arbitration. He explained about the term Arbitration and it’s emergence period in a simple manner . He moved to a more interesting topic of Online Arbitration It is similar to traditional arbitration but the only difference is that it is conducted over the internet.

Arbitration agreement entered into by exchange of emails has been accepted as a valid form of agreement in India by the Hon’ble Supreme Court .Then he moved on the session on Arbitral Proceedings. He laid out the emphasis on Arbitral award,Finally, once the arbitral award has been formulated it can be exchanged between the parties via email and signed by the arbitrators. This would complete the arbitration proceedings. The arbitral award can be enforced according to the law and there should not be any difficulty arising out of the award and it’s pros and cons were explained in a beneficial manner for the students.

At the end of the session the resource person concluded that ,Digital inclusion is the need of the hour and socio-cultural change can only help India to cut down its ever increasing backlog of cases. People who are skeptical about the online environment must be trained to gain trust in online arbitration. With time, India would definitely embrace online arbitration and it has already set out on the course to achieve it.

The speaker started the session by putting Main difference between Bacteria and Virus, History of various Pandemics 3 of the deadliest Pandemics in recorded history were caused by a single bacteria - Yersinia pestis. A respiratory disease caused by a novel(new) Corona virus named SARS-COV-2 that is genetically related to the previous generation of Corona virus which caused the SARS epidemic in 2003. It has evolved naturally, and being new no one has specific immunity against it. Most Common symptoms are fever, tiredness, and dry cough etc… Treatment for covid 19, At present there is no specific treatment for covid -19 either in Modern medicine or in the complementary and alternative system of medicines such as Siddha, Ayurveda and Homeopathy. In fact, for many viral infections (eg.Dengue), there are no specific treatments. Most people will get only mild symptoms and Spontaneously recover from covid -19 because of the action of their immune system. We can avoid by getting affected only keeping physical distance of more than 6 feet away from an infected person in the first step of preventing the virus. Wash your hand properly as frequently with soap or alcohol based hand sanitizer. Lockdown will slowdown the speed of the disease transmission in the country, It buys time from the disease but it does not eradicate disease.
