Administrative law and the Judicial Remedies that are available. Dr. C. Sundaralingam started off  his Lecture where he elaborated on the definitions of administrative law. He also explained the evolution of the Administrative law and its importance in the structure of governance and its mechanism as a fourth Organ of the Government. 

He pointed out the working of the Administrative tribunals in India and the remedies. He also mentioned various Articles of the Constitution to explain the rights and remedies. He pointed out various scenarios the writs can be used and gave us the clear idea of how the writs can be used as a remedy to the violation of the rights of the citizen. 

Soon as the speaker concluded the lecture, the participants asked for a few doubts and the later the session was concluded.
