Mr.M.Ashwin is the Resource person  ,started the Session with the concept of fundamental rights read with reasonable restrictions. He also elaborated the concept & history of sedition with respect to the Law commission report 12th and 226th. The speaker has also emphasis on the landmark case laws. The speaker has suggested that there is lacuna in the concept by the means of Mis-use of powers by the way of amendments it can be rectified. Finally he explained the concept of hate speech against the government. The speaker has enlightened the topic in the view of the government.
