Today's special lecture focused on the importance of professional ethics and integrity of lawyers. To begin with,the speaker traced how the concept has developed from ancient times till now by quoting the early practices in Roman,Greek,Indian and Western systems. The contributions of jurists like Henry Maine,Subbarao J. etc. were quoted. Furthermore,the increased and new roles of lawyers in the back drop of development of newer avenues of litigation like arbitration, conciliation etc were looked into.He reminded the students that while the primary responsibility of lawyers is towards their clients,it should be ensured they do not become co-conspirators with their clients. She has published 43 peer reviewed research papers in international  journals. The lecture concerning number of queries in relation to medical negligence, and the standard of care that can expect to receive from a doctor is a professional standard which must accord with " responsible body of medical opinion". That is parliamentary and presidential. He then talked about the two houses loksabha and rajiya sabha, appointment of president,powers of the president, appointment of the prime minister and his powers.
