As a Part of our curriculum, guest lecture session has been conducted for the subject Company law-Modern Approach titled " Lifting a corporate veil underCompany Law" on 08.01.2019. The special Session was delivered by M&s.Priyadarshini A, LLM., Advocate who is practicing in Madras High Court. She deliberated the concept both theoretically and practically that how that concept is adopted by company tribunals. At the end of the session, she had given a activity based questions and made the session as interactive.
