Medico - legal view on evidences and relevant case laws.

As a part of our curriculum, the guest lecture session has been conducted for the subject “Medical jurisprudence and Extraction of Evidences” on 7th Jan’2019. The guest lecture was delivered by Mrs.Kanimozhi, Lecturer at School of Excellence in Law, Chennai. The lecturer focused on Medico legal view on evidences and relevant case laws, and the lecture was also concentrated on Crime against human body and the crime scene investigation procedures and the powers and duties of an investigating officer. As a final part of guest lecture, the question and answer session was very interesting and the students had an effective rapport with the lecturer.
