She Shared her knowledge on the procedure for passing a resolution in a company, establishing of monitoring committee, Corporate insolvency resolution process .The session mainly focused on Procedural aspects of NCLT also Enlighted on the concept of secretarial compliance. This session delighted the participants with the knowledge of bankruptcy code and how advocate plays a vital role in serving with people and companies facing critical insolvency issues.
