Two Days SPSS Workshop

Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Saveetha School of Law, Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS), Chennai, organised a two-day “SPSS Workshop” on 15th and 16th September 2026. It was organised with the objective of providing participants with an introduction to statistical analysis and the application of SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) in academic research.

The workshop was designed to familiarize participants with the use of statistical software for analysing research data and understanding statistical techniques relevant to research methodology. The workshop was convened by Prof. Dr. Asha Sundaram, Principal, Saveetha School of Law, SIMATS. The resource persons Dr. K. S. Shoba Jasmin, Professor, and Dr. R. Arul Selvan, Associate Professor, Saveetha School of Law, handled the sessions and around 160 participants attended the workshop.
