The Webinar on Overview of SARFAESI Act was organised on 20.3.2021 , The Resource Person Mr. Akshai Mani, Practicing in field of law gave an introduction about the legislation that prevailed prior to the SARFAESI Act. During this webinar the speaker elucidated the Need, Object, Scope and Extent of the SARFAESI Act with the constitutional validity and also explained the procedures and Enforcement of Security Interests. The session focused on the concepts of securitisation and reconstruction of the financial assets of the banks and financial institutions.
