PROCEDURE TO FILE A CIVIL SUIT

The webinar was conducted on 19/12/2020 and Topic of the session was "Practical Aspects on civil and criminal litigation" lectured by Ms. Gnana Banu, Advocate at Madras Highcourt practising in the field of civil and criminal litigation for 10 years. The speaker has explained in detailed manner with her vast practical knowledge. The speaker enumerated about the procedure to file a civil suit and further explained in detail about the specific procedures towards filing a partition suit and also divulged in the topics of injunctions and its types and how injunctions are pleaded before the court of law. The speaker was also very patient in clarifying all queries that students had and answered it with clarity.
