General principles of IP

On 18th December 2020, a webinar on An Intoduction to IPR was organised with Adv. Ms. Roshni as the resource person. She mainly focused on the different Intellectual Property Laws enacted in India in the context of the TRIPs Agreement. She discussed the registration procedure particularly with respect to patent, copyright and trademark and highlighted some of the important cases related to these types of IPRs.
