Practical Aspects of Criminal Law

A webinar on ‘The Practical Aspects of Criminal Law’ was conducted by Mr. G. Saravana Kumar, who is a senior counsel at Madras High Court. The resource person explained about the practical aspects of criminal law and the most important provisions which are necessary in everyday court practice. He enumerated provisions from Indian Penal Code, Code of Criminal Procedure and Evidence Act. He also shared his experience in handling criminal cases and narrated some of the challenges he faced.
