Human rights violation in current legal system

A webinar on ‘Human Rights Violation in the Current Legal System’ was conducted on 8th December 2020 by the resource person Dr. K. Mohanasundaram who had worked as an Associate Professor of History. He gave an enlightening speech about the violation of Human Rights in the current legal system along with highlighting the constitutional remedies available under Article 32 and 226 of the Indian Constitution. In addition, he discussed about cases of Human Right violations with particular emphasis of violations within the armed forces. This webinar was very informative for the students.
