He's also a cyber law expert in the panel of faculties of TN judicial Services Academy.The speaker started with the origin of IT legislation in India starting from UNCITRAL model law and e- commerce. He explained in detail what's cyber crime and the factors leads to its phenomenal growth across the country. He cited leading case laws and real life incidents to throw light on different types of cybercrimes.He explained in detail the financial crimes happening in India with the help of Information Technology. Advocate Mr.Dilli Babu , practicing in High Court Of Madras was invited to deliver the special lecture, who started the session with the general introduction of history of law and its kinds. The session aimed to provide the well established principles and rules in the field of international law. The lecturer started the session by detailing the conventions in the field of public international law. Various sources of international law was explained with the help of case laws , R. v/s Keyn-1876 and U.S v/s Schooner. An interactive session was held by the lecturer towards the students on the subtopic - theories governing international law. The lecturer spotted out the highlights and criticism in the theories proposed . A question was raised towards the students whether international law is considered as a law. Students were raising their views regarding the question imposed , which made the session more interesting.The session got ignited when the speaker delivered his views on international law as the vanishing point of jurisprudence , various definitions of jurists was highlighted and detailed information was provided. When dealing with the history of international law , various case laws were used of which West Rand Central Gold Mining Company.v/s R-1905 was detailed in an explained manner .The points regarding the Weakness of international law was discussed in an elegant way by the lecturer which made the students to understand the concept in a more easy way. The speaker touched upon the key aspects of RTI such as requirements of RTI Act,who can ask for information, whether reason is required for asking any information, based on information how to file a case, etc. The resource person after introducing about RTI, took the students into aviation industry and told how information plays its role in aviation industry. Then he highlighted about the various tribunals that acts for taking any action against crimes. He also mentioned the important tribunals that are playing a vital role for Law related to Aviation. The resource person explained to the students about the future of aviation law. He pointed out the career aspects of law graduates in aviation industry. The resource person conducted few activities too, which were interactive, interesting and engaging.

 

This seminar was very helpful for the students to understand about the role of law in Aviation Industry through the practical experience of the resource person.

FDP was conducted by Three Resources Persons Mr. Hari Balaji VR, Mr. Davis Prabhu Ebenezor and Mr. Mukesh, of Eros Psycoun Services who handled the two sessions on the respective day. 

Our day to day works is more demanding and timely completion of the job makes us stressed and finding a way to relax and relieve in this busy schedule is quite a challenge. This session of stress relief did the magic for all faculties.The program basically is to understand our problem and the psychological analysis of human behaviour and be a better judge to enjoy life without stress.

The session includedEdward De Bono concepts, Gibberish technique, Colour Therapy, and musicals with Congainstruments, etc.  for reducing stress, bringing the inner child out of each individual, venting any buried anger, let out hidden sorrows and burn their fear. Simple activities made major impact to the faculties on that respective day. Faculties were out of their routine activities. Faculties participated in a sportive and active manner in all the activities. The program took the faculty back to the childhood days of fun and enjoyment, where unaware of stress we openly clapped, drew many pictures of art, played with balloon, danced to the tune, acted and drawn to express things. 

This one-day session has been are freshing session for our faculties and which in-turn helped them to perform and contribute in a better way to the institution and at their personal space.
