Guest Lecture on Geographical Indications held on 11th of October 2019, Guest speaker was Mr.Ankit Anand, Assistant professor, SRM college, Chennai. He delivered a lecture on the topic Geographical Indications. He focused on what all products comes under GI, what all are the rights under GI and how are these rights enforced. He was explaining about the difference between Trademark and GI and also the relationship of GI and Traditional Knowldege. While summing up he dealt with the procedures of filing GI.
