National Seminar on Evolving Brand Protection: Fluid Trademarks, Innovation, and Legal Governance in the Post-Pandemic Era

The Department of Constitution Law and the Department of Management, Saveetha School of Law, SIMATS, successfully organised a National Seminar on “Evolving Brand Protection: Fluid Trademarks, Innovation, and Legal Governance in the Post-Pandemic Era” on 16 February 2026.

The seminar witnessed an overwhelming response, with more than 200 students, faculty members, and research scholars actively participating in the event. The large turnout reflected the growing academic interest in contemporary developments in trademark law and brand governance in the post-pandemic era.

The objective of the seminar was to provide in-depth understanding of the evolving dimensions of trademark protection, particularly fluid trademarks, and the emerging regulatory challenges in a rapidly transforming commercial environment.
