Two days International Multidisciplinary Conference on Educational Research & Innovation 12th -13th August 2022, Organized by Department of Research and Development, Saveetha School of Law, Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences, In Collaboration with Indian Economic Association (IEA), mIndian Academic Researchers Association (IARA). The main aim of this conference was to bring together leading academicians, researchers, technocrats, practitioners, and students to exchange and share their experiences and research outputs on all aspects of social sciences. Selected research papers have been compiled and edited in the form of Conference Proceedings and published by SIPH Publishers. The conference maintained a high-quality peer-review process for all the manuscripts submitted, starting with a primary evaluation that included a plagiarism check for the original contents. Rejections at this stage had either serious scientific flaws, very poor grammar or were outside the aim and scope of this Conference. Those that met the minimum criteria were passed on to experts in the domain for review.
