Workshop on "Sensitization of Patent Drafting"

"Sensitization of Patent Drafting" is an art and science of patent application creation. This workshop explores a key aspects of patent law, including patentable subject matter, prior art analysis, and drafting strategies. Participants will gain hands-on experience in crafting patent claims and understanding the importance of precise language. Led by experienced professionals, this workshop is ideal for inventors, researchers, and legal professionals seeking to enhance their patent drafting skills. The workshop had an participation of more than 250 participants and participants from outside college such as Vel’s school of law. The workshop is conducted by departments of intellectual property rights and it is held on 02 September,2023 in SSM hall.
