Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016

A Webinar was Conducted on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 on 01/01/2021. The Resource person Ms.Pooja Jain, who is a Senior Advocate in M/s.Girdhar & Sai Law Firm, clearly explained about the nature of Insolvency and Bankruptcy code, 2016. Besides prescribing a legislative framework for insolvency resolution and bankruptcy, She established the view that the Code gave the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) as the regulator, which can proactively respond to the changing realities through its regulatory powers. The importance of IBBI was the main theme of this Webinar.
