A webinar conducted on 24/03/2021, topic was "Hindu Marriage Act with Special Reference to Section 9&13 and Filing Procedure" by the Resource person Mr. R.Dinesh Kumar, practising advocate in High court & other subordinate courts. The speaker explained about the Hindu Marriage Act,1955. Lecture covered the topic on Section 24 which deals with the interim maintenance. Further speaker explained on who can claim maintenance under HMA . Lecturer said the filing procedure in the family cases and documents need to be attached in the family case. He further elucidated about the landmark judgement with regards to assets and liabilities of husband and wife in the maintenance claim. This webinar helped all students to know the procedures followed in the courts with respect of divorce under HMA.
