Hindu Marriage act 1955

Webinar was conducted on 26/12/2020, topic was “Hindu Marriage Act, 1955” by resource person Mr. Seetharaman, Senior lawyer at Madurai District Court & Retired professor at Madurai law college. The speaker introduced the basics of hindu marriage act, 1955 and lectured on the Concept of Marriage under the HinduMarriage Act, the Hindu Succession Act, the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act. Further the speaker said about the differences between Hindu Marriage Act and Tamilnadu Marriage Act. This provided the basic knowledge to students about marriage in Hindu Law.
