The webinar on Development improving Indian Social Protection system was organised on 29.12.2020.The Resource person T. Mekala B.Sc., B.Ed., who is working as an officer in PWD (Public work department). The session was an eye opener on the concept of Public work under the Government sector. She shared her personal experience about her work and clarified misconceptions on the work nature of the department. The session focused on the procedures for filing of quotations and the method of selecting the projects . The emphasis was given on legal and due procedure to be followed by the department . The session was interactive and informative.
