A webinar on “AGRICULTURAL REFORMS 2020: ONE NATION ONE AGRICULTURAL MARKET FREEDOM OF CHOICE TO FARMERS” was organised on 7th December 2020. The resource person Mr. Manas Bhulchandani elaborated on the ongoing legal issue with regard to the Indian Farm Reforms of 2020, dwelling upon the three agricultural Bills passed by both Houses of te Parliament in 2020. He gave critical inputs on the implications of these three Bills in the current farming sector in light of the extended and expanded scope of corporate operations through contractual clauses. the webinar gave an opportunity for the students to understand the ongoing natioal and political debate in the econtext of both the existing and proposed commercial practices related to farming and agriculture
