The speaker started the session on the basic introduction about the topic and explained the kinds of evidence with illustrations. He further explained how the court depends on the evidence to decide a case and taught about electronic evidence. He also elucidated about the consideration of electronic evidence in courts and widely expressed the view on electronic evidence comes under primary evidence or secondary evidence. He mainly focused on section 65B of Indian evidence Act, 1872. He have stated some case laws such as;
