 Mr.Aneeskhan is the speaker  for the webinar on Registration of Properties and Documentation processes. He is an advocate based at chennai and  has been working as Legal Project Associate in Law Projects of the Govt undertaken by IIT Madras. 

Registration of properties and Documentation means  the procedural aspects of registration of properties in sub registrar offices  and the art of drafting deeds.  The speaker gave detailed aspects of technological invasion in registration  processes. He discussed the registration process applicable to different parts of land , apartment and individual housing and the amount paid in different sub registrar offices. .He gave  a  different outlook of registration of properties by way of practical application. He cleared the doubts  regarding the registration of apartments and flats , by providing a website at reignet.gov.in to the participants for accessing the registration procedure. It was an interesting and thoughtful session .
