Liberalization, Privatization and Globalization

"About today’s class

Today we all have been enlightened about liberalisation ,globalization and privatisation and it impacts which was being dealt during special lecture presented by ratha Varatharajan who was a resource person.

We discuss about the history about how LPG come over to India and discussion about IMF and World Bank and about requiring of globalisation in our India. Globalization began from the times of vas co da gama in India before a centuries ago. India is plays well in the trade relation among the nations over a century ago.

In olden days we give spices in equal to gold to the European nations and pepper plays a major role in this. Because the medicinal value of the pepper wants eurpoean countries to cure plague a epidemics disease. India exports more pepper to eurpoean countries because in those days there was a war between Christianity and Muslims to establish their territories so it is difficult to trade between the nations. And Rome’s spend most of their money to buy clothes from India, so this is an evidence that India done a globalised trade In those days.

And when we come to the present situation America plays a strategic role that they give No grow subsides to their farmers but they tell and instigates to India and other countries that you should give subsidies to their country farmers this will reflect in PepsiCo case which was well known as solar panel case in this case they file a case Against that we give Non tariff barriers to make a solar plant in India but we make an argument that the subsidies given by American government to their farmers and this will help us to win the case.

And all over the class was so useful to us and we know the unknown things by the lecture taken by the resource person mrs ratha Varatharajan."
