 Mr.G. Ramapandian  is the speaker  for the webinar on professional ethics.

He is an advocate  at Madurai District Court and  Retired professor at Madurai law college 

and also  practising as Advocate for past 37 years . 

The speaker introduced the basics of professional ethics and Advocates act , 1961. He  also explained the Bar Council Of India Rules  . He  explained that Lawyers Duty towards Court, Lawyers duty towards client ,Lawyers Duty towards the Opponent , Lawyers Duty towards Colleagues. He also addressed about the Punishment For Professional Misconduct in Advocates act , 1961 . This provided the basic knowledge to students about the importance of Advocates act  in the professional ethics.
