Webinar on Court proceedings in Intellectual Property Rights cases  was conducted by the resource person Mrs. Surya Durga. She  holds a M.A., ML degree and is currently practicing in IPR registry( Guindy).

She further explained about the IPR cases proceeding followed in the registry. She explained about a trademark case to the participants.

During the course of the webinar she elucidated the importance of geographical Indication, Copy Rights and the filing procedure in all aspects of Intellectual Property Rights. Furthermore, she also explained the future scope in the IPR field. This topic holds high importance since IPR cases are in high demand and IPR filed has huge scope in future  and students had an interactive session.
