The webinar was conducted on the topic of Indian contract Act which was graced by the resource person K. Charulatha, who is currently working in an audit firm, an aspiring CA. The speaker gave a brief introduction on the topics she would be covering for the webinar. She segregated the concepts into contracts and special contract. The necessity of a contract, rights of parties involved in the contract. The session brushed out all important concepts of contract Act. She further enlightened about the current trends of contract in firms and companies and it's importance in field. This topic is pertinent for common people to understand on this topic to know The basics of a contract to protect themselves from frauds and forgery.
