         The speaker introduced the basics of Transfer of property . She also explained the specific provisions regarding what constitutes a transfer and the conditions attached to it  .She  explained that Persons Competent to transfer and kinds of transfer . She also explained about Transfer by Persons before they transfer of property and it types consensual and non consensual transfer. This provided the basic knowledge to students about the importance of Transfer of property act.
