Special Lecture on Sexual Harrassment Against Women - Prevention and Precaution

THE PREVENTION OF SEXUAL HARRSSSMENT CELL, SIMATS  has organized Lecture on Sexual Harrassment Against Women - Prevention and Precaution on 10/ 05/2022 between 10 am. To 1.p.m in Decennial Hall, Saveetha Dental college,  SIMATS. The cardinal objective of the programme to create an awarness on prevention, prohibition and Redressal  of  sexual harrssment  which  takes place aginst women employees and students. The programme has started with the  manifestive speech of the esteemed speakers and societal responsible speakers, T.Latha, Inspector of Police , All Women Police station ,Avadi., she has detailed out the contemporary issue relating to women harassment and involvement of cyber utilisation on harassing women in the workplace. The awareness Lecture is followed with the second speaker Mrs. Murugeswari Inspector of Police, Avadi Police Commissionerate by detailing the practical complexity and hesitation of women to break through the incident. Our third speaker Ms. Gowthami, Advocate Madras High Court has exhibited the judicial remedy  for the prevention and protection of women from sexual harrssment.  The very major goal of creating awareness on prohibition, prevention  and rehabilitation by The prevention of sexual harassment cell, SIMATS is achieved through this lecture series.
