On 18-10-2019 Gomathi , working as Full time Research scholars in TamilNadu Dr Ambedkar law University, Chennai gave a special lecture about the overall view about company aspects and later she discussed about the topic share capital in a company . She discussed about the overview aspects of company and the registration process in the company. she explained about , how a person can buy a share in company and becoming the share hlder of the company. she explained kinds of share capital in a comapny . she gave the clear idea about kinda of share in company. She discussed with recent case laws. The class was like interactive session and she clarified many doubts to the students regarding share capital and its types.
