New Amendments and filing procedure in Trade Mark Law

The guest lecture conducted on 7th January 2019 was kick-started with an interactive brief on the old and new Amendments of Trade Mark Act . The discussion then was led by the guest lecturer into the area of Advertising in Trade Mark whereby initially the lecturer communicated the basic principles regarding the sections which was then followed by a deeper dialogue in the form of question and answer session. The said guest lecture afforded a great oppotunity to the students by providing them with a practical perspective regarding the TradeMark filling process .
