JUS LEX – TRIAL ADVOCACY COMPETITION
The 4th Edition of Jus Lex – Trial Advocacy Competition was successfully conducted from 15th to 17th September 2026, bringing together 22 teams from law colleges across India for an intense and intellectually stimulating trial advocacy experience.
The competition provided participating teams with a platform to demonstrate their skills in trial preparation, legal research, examination and cross-examination of witnesses, courtroom advocacy, and application of procedural and substantive law. Over the course of the competition, participants engaged in challenging courtroom rounds that tested both their legal acumen and advocacy skills.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from institutions across the country, creating a competitive yet enriching environment for aspiring advocates. The various rounds provided students with valuable exposure to practical aspects of trial proceedings and encouraged them to develop confidence, strategic thinking, and courtroom professionalism.
After a closely contested series of rounds, School of Excellence in Law emerged as the Winner of the 4th Edition of Jus Lex – Trial Advocacy Competition.
The competition was organized under the faculty coordination of Mr. Ilampari M and Mrs. Varsha Muralidharan, whose efforts contributed significantly to the successful conduct of the event.
The 4th Edition of Jus Lex thus concluded on a high note, celebrating advocacy, legal reasoning, courtroom skills, and the spirit of professional excellence among the next generation of legal practitioners.
