International Workshop on 21st Century - Leadership Skills

Saveetha School of Law, Department of Management Studies, organised a three day International Workshop (12th, 13th, 14th September, 2022) on 21st Century - Leadership Skills based on "The Seven Habits Of Highly Effective People - Stephen R. Covey" offered by Live Life Education partnered with Franklin Covey Education, USA. The workshop’s motive was to bring out the Leadership Skills in students to excel in both work and life.

The workshop was conducted by Dr.Kannan Gireesh, Psychologist, Founder and CEO, Live Life Education Foundation.The workshop exposed the students to 7 critical and important habits and specialised them during the 3 days.

The habits introduced were such a boon for the students as it does pave the way to success and being effective in life.The Speaker, Dr. Kannan Gireesh kept the crowd engaged in his fun-filled learning and had an immense number of activities that kept them enthusiastic all day long.

The learning during the 3 days will be carried on and followed in the long run. All students were motivated and could self reflect and see where they exactly stand to go forward in life. Students were also made to give a thought about the important people in their life and how much they’ve done for them. So, this made them to realise they should be gratifying relationships and always make time for people.The session was such an eye opener and definitely students did see what a wonderful leader they would make and what their contribution to the society will be.This workshop is such an essential one for them, students to look into themselves and mould them to the shape where they could keep gleaming forever!
