International Conference on Work Life Harmony held on 4 March 2026

The Department of Labour Law and the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences successfully organized an International Conference on Work Life Harmony on 4 March 2026. The conference aimed to discuss and compare the concept of work life harmony in India and abroad.

The event featured distinguished speakers including Judith Eugene, Cardiothoracic Nurse at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, UK, who shared insights on work life harmony practices in the United Kingdom. Other speakers included MJF. Ln. Madhiyazhagan S, Proprietor and Lions Club member, and Ramesh Venkatachalapathy, Advocate at the Madras High Court.

The conference witnessed enthusiastic participation with 215 participants and 7 paper presenters, including two presenters from other colleges. The event concluded successfully with insightful discussions on achieving better work life harmony in different professional and cultural contexts.
