Observation of International Arbitration Proceedings @ Asian International Arbitration Centre- Malaysia

On March 12th, 2024, the Department of Labour Law of Saveetha Law School embarked on a transformative journey to the Asian International Arbitration Center (AIAC) in Malaysia. A delegation comprising ten student delegates and Mr. Aariya N, Assistant Professor Saveetha School of Law.

This educational excursion aimed to delve into the intricacies of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and foster a deeper understanding of its significance in the legal landscape.

The visit to AIAC provided a unique opportunity for our delegates to engage in intellectual discourse and exchange ideas with esteemed legal professionals. One of the highlights of the trip was a captivating meeting with Prof. Dr. Datuk SUNDRA Rajoo, the esteemed Director of AIAC.

The experience at AIAC was not only intellectually stimulating but also culturally enriching, as our delegates had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of Malaysia and forge meaningful connections with fellow legal enthusiasts.
