Webinar on due diligence in property transaction had the Resource person as Mr. BALAJI K who has Completed Law degree in Dr.Ambedkar Government Law College, Pondicherry in  2002. Practicing on the Civil side in District courts of Pondicherry, Villupuram and Cuddalore from September 2002. He is also working as Legal Advisor to State Bank of India, LIC of India and Bank of India. In this session the speaker discussed widely on the property law and the due diligence in property transactions. He had loads of information to share with us. The filing procedures and judicial proceedings were elegantly explained by the speaker. He dealt with few provisions of Transfer of property Act. He further gave real incidents of litigation cases that happen very casually.

This topic holds high importance since there is huge corruption and litigation arising in property transactions nowadays.
