ADMISSIBILITY AND INADMISSIBLITY OF EVIDENCE

The special lecture was delivered by Mr S.ASHOK KUMAR, GUEST FACULTY . Chennai Dr Ambedkar Goverment Law college,chennai in the subject Law of Evidence. He explained about the topic "admissibility and in admissibality of evidence". He generally discussed about meaning and definition of evidence under Indian evidence act. He shortly discussed about kinds of evidence with suitable case laws and examples. And then he gave detailed explanation about admission and then discussed about confession in Indian evidence act. The session was more intresting and students were actively listening to the guest lecture. He explained clearly about whether confession made to police officer is valid or not and in what manner the confessin of accused is admissible in Indian Evidence act. Finally he concluded the session with case laws.
