And briefed the topic by presenting PPT which was shared to the audience. The Speaker further explained about the types of directors, Difference between Executive and non executive Directors, Managing Directors, Independent Directors. The speaker also stated about the Conditioning for Appointment Of Directors, duties of directors, Removal Of Directors by Shareholders under Section 284 Of Companies Act 1956 and Removal Of Directors by Central Government dealt under Section 388 B to 388E Of Companies Act 1956, As per Sec. 402 Removal of Directors by National Company Law Tribunal, Meeting and reasons for calling a board meeting. The Speaker Concluded the session stating the importance of Directors in Company Law.
