“A NATIONAL WORKSHOP ON PROCESS AND SKILLS FOR MOOT COURT COMPETITION” conducted by Department of Business Law brought together the experts in mooting to help the student understand the preparation journey of moot court competitions. The Guest speakers were from the institution of Vox Iura who are currently involved in developing skills for law students. The presentations were made by Vignesh.B, Chairman of Vox Iura and Advocate at Madras High Court, Mitesh.R, Vice-Chairman of Vox Iura and Advocate at Madras High Court and Hariniyadav.D, Progarm Director of Vox Iura. This Workshop was made possible under the guidance of the Chief Patron of the event Dr.N.M.Veeraiyan, Chancellor of SIMATS, Patron Dr.Deepak Nallaswamy, Director of Academics at SIMATS and the Convenor Dr.Asha Sundaram, Principal at Saveetha School of Law, along with the efforts of Faculty Convenor Mrs.S.P.Vidyassri, Head of Department of Business law and Chief Organiser Mrs.S.S.Padma Priya, Assistant Professor and other Faculty Coordinators Mr.Selvamuthu, Mrs.Nivetha.V, Mrs.Renuga.C and Mrs.Sona Vaishna.V along with the student coordinators Ms.Saraswathy, Mr.Rosario and Mr.Lokesh. This Conference consists of around 300 participants and among them 12 Participated from other Universities.
