A Guest Lecture on Persons to compel Appearance under Code of criminal procedure

The guest lecture conducted on 22nd November 2018 was kick-started with an interactive brief on the general principles and working process of Criminal procedure code in India. The discussion then was led by the guest lecturer into the area of Arrest Of person under criminal procedure code, whereby initially the lecturer communicated the basic principles regarding the provisions which was then followed by a deeper dialogue in the form of question and answer session. The said guest lecture afforded a great oppotunity to the students by providing them with a practical perspective regarding the Arrest procedure under law the relating substantial principles and the procedural provisions under the Code of Criminal procedure . The guest lecture was concluded after remarks-session, wherein the students shared some meaningful remarks on the lecture, and the guest lecture communicating as to his experience with that particular set of students.
