2nd NATIONAL MEGA MOOT Competition

The Moot Court Society collaborated with the Department of Labour Law and Department of Research & Development had conducted the 2nd National Mega Moot Court Competition from 25th August to 27th August 2022 at Saveetha School of Law sponsored by THE CDJ LAW JOURNAL. 18 teams from various colleges across India had registered for the Competition. On 25th August 2022, the preliminary round were conducted and out of which 8 teams qualified for the Quarter Finals and 4 teams qualified for the Semi-Finals. On 26th August 2022, the Semi-Finals were conducted, out of which VIT School of Law and RV Institute of Legal Studies were the finalists, and the Finals were conducted on 27th August, Valedictory ceremony was conducted with all teams, and the Chief Guest of the Day, Mr.R. Sankaranarayan, Additional Solicitor General, enlightened the students with his informative speech and announced the results of the 2nd NATIONAL MEGA MOOT COURT Competition and RV Institute of Legal Studies, Bangalore bagged the Winners’ Trophy and VIT School of Law, Chennai were the Runners Up, Bharat Institute of Law, Chennai won the Best Memorial Award and School of Excellence in Law, Chennai won the Best Speaker Award.
