A webinar was organized by Saveetha School Of Law on 18/03/2022 from 10:00 A.M to 1:30 P.M on the topic "The Cyber security and Labour law regulations,"The growing importance of cyber security,security problems in the cyber field , need of cyber security ,Stragies used in India to curb the problem.The role and responsibilities of business development and management in It sector ,The study of labour law regulations and  Intellectual property under engineer's eye.The webinar was divided and held in 3 sessions with 3 distinguished speakers namelyRathi Shekar, Senior Software engineer (13 years of experience in Infosys,TCS, Elsevier etc),R. ,on 3 different topics.The speakers explained In detail about the concept of , cyber security, Ipr in  perspective of an engineer and responsibilities of business development. The speakers discussed about the concept of Cyber security  and its application of technologies, processes and controls to protect systems, networks, programs, devices and data from cyber attacks. They also discussed about the concept of Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth. And they also gave information on protection of intellectual property rights in india and it's application and ways to improve laws on intellectual property rights.To the conclusion, it was an informative webinar which was insightful for the participants.
