Transfer of property ( conveyancing)

A webinar on Transfer under the Transfer of Property Act , 1882 was organised on 20th December 2020. Adv. Rekka, the resource person explained the constituent elements of a valid transfer. Her speech also emphasised upon the constituent elements of the parties to a transfer and various transferable interests. The webinar also gave a detailed understanding on te various doctrines associated with transfer that are relevant for both the parties to the transfer.
