Practical approach to court proceedings

A webinar on Practical approach to court proceedings was conducted on 28/02/2021 by the Resource person Mr. G.A. THIYAGARAJAN, who is an Advocate practicing in the High Court. His areas of expertise are civil, criminal and family law. In this session the speaker discussed the Court proceedings. The speaker began with the importance of procedural laws and substantive laws, ‘One should pursue each and every provision and keep them by heart’, he added. Lecturer also said how loud an advocate should be in the Court. He galvanised his lecture with his first experience in court. This topic has huge importance to our students for their future practising in court’s.
