MEDICAL MALPRACTICE

Dr. L.Victor was the resource person for the webinar held on 3rd January, 2021. The webinar was on the topic ‘Medical Malpractice’. The speaker briefly explained about professional misconduct, medical negligence and medical errors which might occur in the medical profession. He further elucidated the types of medical negligence and its legal implications. He also highlighted the provisions available under the Indian penal code relating to medical negligence. The session was highly informative.
